Disppointing Show

Indian Cricket Fans are very much confident about their team..Dhoni Squad will put up a very good show in South Africa series. Resent results at home will raise the hopes of fans. But cards are changed in few days. Team India won back to back series against Australia and West Indies at home. More over Dhoni led Team India won six one day tournaments in a row. In this back ground India went to safari tour with high expectations. But after two one days Indian cricket team and fans are realized its not a easy outing at safari pitches.

Our star Indain batsman are failed to score in two one days. Especially our Openers Shikhar Dhwan and Rohit Sharma did not give a good starts. Rohit Sharma even troubled to contact the ball in first one day. Its an better example to our plight at South Africa. Dale Steyn, Morkel, Tsotsobe, Mclaren, Philender all this fast bowlers are rattled the Indian batting order with their bullet deliveries. Especially Stean is extraordinary. Indian Batsman even failed to touch his Milssile like balls. Dhawan and Rohit and other batsman shot selection is very poor.

In Durban second One Day India Batting order looks like school team. Our Star Batsman did not expect the Extra Bounce and Pace on the pitch. Rahane, Aswain dismissals are more pathetic. They are tried to hit the the its traveled far better out side the Off stump. Dhoni in First one day, Raina in second one day played some better cricket. Kohli also played some how better in first one day.. but he could not convert his start as a big score. He got out in second one day with poor shot selection.

Team India already lost the Series.. Now Dhoni men played for some pride in Third one day. If India Manage to win the last one day It should be a moral boosting for them before the Test Series. Our Bowlers are did well in Second one day. Mainly Young Mohd shami was Bowled Brilliantly. He was stick to his line and lenght and did not go for any experiment. So He will success to control the South African Batsman. So our bowlers need to inspire from Shami show in last one day.

Who is at No 4?

Number 4 is a Crucial Position in Test Matches. Till now Sachin Tendulkar occupy this place and get lot of runs. Especailly in Test matches this place was so importance in building of the Innings. If team lost the openers wickets early. Than Great responsibility on No 3 and No 4 batsman. We have legendary Sachin on that place. India did not trouble since long time. But after retirement of Tendulkar..its difficult task for team management who will bat at no 4.

In front Crucial South African series there is much debate on this issue. Capatin Mahendra Singh Dhoni also told to reporters we will left the 4th place and bat at remaining places. But everybody had a one main choice that Virat Kohli. This Delhi young gun surely replace the sachins place. Former captain Ganguly also advised the Mangement Kohli should come at number four than Rohit Sharma will bat at 5th position.

So Mahi had decide on 6th batsman. Kohli had a temperament and commitment so he surely did well at no 4. South Africa tour will gave him much exposure to young Virat. Bouncy and swinging pitches of South Africa will test the caliber of Kohli. Not only Virat all young players will benefit from the Safari series. But less match practice will be the main concern for Indian side.

So Dhoni should be clever in team composition. One days will boosts the Indian team in front of Test series. Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma are the Key players in Safari series, Especially for Star Left Hander will be the crucial for Good starts.

Anil Kumble Rare Century

Anil Kumble is a Great Spin bowler.. everybody knows this. But only few fans know he is a handy batsman. Jambo played some usefull and stunning knoks at lower order. He played his part as a night watchman in so many Test matches. Anil had a great apporoch and talent in batting. 

He did not want to give his  wicket cheaply. He commitment and tempermet saved india so many occasions. He played a beautyful and composed innings with Mohd Azaharuddin against South Afriacans at home. He made 88 runs on that innings he missed century oppurtunity. 

After 10 years... Kumble fulfil his dearm. Jambo made century against Enagland at England. That was fabulous effort by indian leg spinner. In 2007 Kennington Oval Kumble made 110 notout in 193 balls.  

Sindhu Shined Again

Indian Badminton Sensation Pusarla Venkata Sindhu (PV Sindhu) Shined in International Level again. This Telugu girl Won Macau Open Grand Prix Tournament. In final top seed Sindhu outclassed world number 30 Li Michelle of Canada with 21-15, 21-12. This was the second International Title for Sindhu in her career. Form the beginning of the tournament Sindhu played Beautifully and aggressively.

Of course she is the top seeded player Sindhu gets tough fight from Opponents. Her Net game and drops, cross courts shots are excellent. She was improved her game a lot. Her moves are also very well in this tournament. Indian Teen gets 9000 US Dollars as Prize money. May be Sindhu benefited from Indian Badminton League experience.

Now Time for move forward in rankings also. Now she is in 12th in world ranking. This year is amazing for Sindhu. She won Malaysia open Tourney.. Than She went to win World Badminton Championship Bronze. She ends the Season with a Macau Title. 

Is Our Pace Works in Safari?

South Africa tour is on. Team India ready to face world number one team South Africa. Mahendra Singh Dhoni led Team India done well in Home series against West Indies. But here is a real challenge for Indian Team. Especially for Indian pace bowlers. Zaheer Khan Led Indain pace attack is looking solid but inexperienced. Young Mohammmod  Shami, Buvaneswer Kumar, Umesh Yadav are get ready to face a stiff challenge from safari batsman. Indian pace bowlers did well in resent series at home.

But conditions are different in South Afrrica. There is Much Bounce and Pace in Pitches. But How Indian Bowlers utilize the Unique nature of Safari pitches. India Bowlers must Stick to line and length and attack the batsman. South African Batsman in hungry of run. So its difficult task to Restrict them. It may be Positive thing that India Played One Day Series before Test Matches.

 It help our bowlers to adjust the conditions in safari. Adopting of Conditions is a huge task before our bowlers. Bowling with Old Ball also is a Challenging task for our bowlers. Bowler like Shami can Reverse the ball well, but here is a test for him in Safari Series. Indian Pace bowlers normally not bowled effectively after ball getting old. Out of form Ishant Sharma also with the team this time. Zaheer and Ishant will use their experience and will guide the young pace bowlers in the team.
